Of Alpha's ten former Houses, all but the 1st, 3rd and 9th, were still standing in June 2005
and in excellent condition.
The 1st, 3rd and 9th Houses are long since demolished,
with new structures built upon the sites.

THE TWIN TO THE DELTA PHI EPSILON HOUSE
At 29th and P Streets, NW,
in Georgetown's "East Village" (the part east of Wisconsin Avenue)
there is the only building in the neighborhood that looks like
the Delta Phi Epsilon House.
John F. Kennedy went there the morning of his inauguration
to put the finishing touches to his Inaugural Address.
