At the fifth meeting (august 21, 1930), Beta Chapter's condition, as presented in a letter from Brother T. M. O'Neil, National Vice-President, was considered. Brother DeCourcy was instructed to visit Beta Chapter and to report to the Board.

BETA CHAPTER

Brother Shackleton, Beta, has recently affiliated with Merrill, Lynch Co., Investment Bankers in Riverside. Incidentally, much credit for the splendid initiation surrounding was to to Brother Shackleton's work.
